Building construction is currently in progress. The precast piles for building are already installed and pile caps and grade beams are underway.

Piers are installed using the Bellingham Marine Unifloat concrete pier system.The sheet vinyl bulkhead is installed with cast in place concrete cap using CMI Shoreguard 650 sheet vinyl.
